The TeamSpeak 3 SDK is ready to meet the demands of even the most complex integrated VoIP solutions in today's marketplace. The image below is a high level overview of TeamSpeak 3's architecture and core SDK components.
Architecture Explained
Our cross-platform Software Development Kit is the core foundation to all TeamSpeak 3 products. It consists of the ClientLib and the ServerLib which both contain a standard C-style interface (dll/so/dylib) providing developers direct access to the diverse and feature-rich set of TeamSpeak 3's core functions using simple API calls.
TeamSpeak 3's capture/playback components make use of the FMOD sound system. Set positions for your sound sources in three dimensional space, including behind, to the left of, to the right of, above, or below the listener. Use your own licensed FMOD version to further customize TeamSpeak's sound system by passing your own FMOD objects to our libraries. Add additional effects and filters or model your own virtual audio landscape in which the voices of your users are played back. The possibilities are virtually endless using the TeamSpeak 3 SDK.
The ServerLib provides full support for our proven virtual voice server technology which means you're able to create and manage an infinite number of TeamSpeak 3 Servers within your application. You can use either TCP or UDP protocols for client connectivity. Support for TCP connectivity is particularly useful for environments where users are required to use proxies or where UDP is completely blocked due to security policies, corporate firewalls, etc.
Both ClientLib and ServerLib allow direct interaction with channels and clients including text messaging, kicking and banning while each activity can be stored in detailed log files. Create a suitable dynamic server structure for your application which consists of temporary, permanent and semi-permanent channels.
Our fully documented TeamSpeak 3 SDK is the latest technological breakthrough in TeamSpeak's VoIP legacy... and it is available NOW! Ideal for developers and large companies alike which require integrated solutions, the TeamSpeak 3 SDK offers only the very best in cutting edge, integrated VoIP technology.
